1. Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched
  • To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with your Order ID
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted

2. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved, the refund will be processed within 2–3 working days
  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • COD orders can also be cancelled before dispatch
  • Repeated cancellations of COD orders may lead to restriction of COD service for the customer

4. Order Cancellation by Mehak Shawls

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

  • Product unavailability
  • Pricing or listing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent transactions
  • Incomplete or incorrect customer details

In such cases, a full refund will be issued

  • Once the order is dispatched, customers must refer to our Refund & Return Policy
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by late cancellation requests
